Gregor Chanéac has got about 20 years of experience in heading PMO (Program Management Office), directing and managing complex industrial programs and 5 years in Quality management in international environments. He is Prince 2 Foundation certified.
Thanks to his leadership skills, he has been able to drive pluridisciplinary and multicultural teams to achieving company’s objectives in uncertain and evolving contexts.
Always looking at innovative methods of program management and continuous improvement he keeps a critical thinking that enables him to tailor them for result purpose.
